well, thats how he and Avril acted when they first started dating. I didn't know how I was going to react, but seeing the way she treats him, I feel happy for him...Av had stopped doing that, well as far as we know

he has every right to move on , avril filed for divorce .
avril was not acting like a married woman for most of this year, if she didn't have sex with someone she was still unfaithful in a way .
avril and deryck have spent fuck all time together since the start of june , and he was still loyal to her even when she went to france with other men , so he waited , if he was cheating we would have heard about it just like we know stuff now .

but this video - deryck is completely wasted , and he is wasted becuse his wife has broken up with him , and this girl might be a good way of getting over avril , but she is so obviously using it to get attention ( imo) ,
deryck is drunk and she keeps feeding him more drinks , every time he is out of shot she brings him back into view , he never sees the camera out side but she looks right at it 3 times , at the end she is not shocked or surprised , deryck is , this is a set up , this is one of her friends filming it or they contacted the paparazzi .
this beth girl got a 400% increase in internet interest after las vegas , so a good move for her , and after this watch it jump again

and deryck is doing nothing wrong because is wife broke up with him , but the shitty thing about this is that avril has been keeping a low profile for her PR image not because she was the one who was wronged or her behaviour was correct this year but her and her people are smart enough to know they have to play a PR game , now because of this video its going to look bad for deryck like he moved on so quick and could never had cared where avril is so hurt so much that she hasn't gone out anywhere or been seen , so that sucks

if you watch the video again i think they were actually filming the video from in side the car after the first 20 sec , the sound changes , the traffic noise goes away , and then at the end beth gets into a car that is parked at a very odd angle exactly where the the camera looks like it was filmed from , and she goes with a friend who would have been out side and would have seen the camera man filming , but instead of going in and saying something lets them walk out and be confronted , a fuckin set up, ( probably )
