lol, tell your teacher theyre also punk. punk doesnt follow most of music theory only basic time signatures, and the very basic stuff.

you music teacher should know... it's called a minor chord. ask him/her about it.

That note is meant to be like that...its fantastic....its different. There is no rules in songwriting as such.
