The white box isn't too big, the text is too small. Make the text black or gray and bigger. I love the comic book idea. But I don't think Deryck's name should really be there, it doesn't suit. The colors and stuff I mean. I was thinking you can add "Underclass Hero" so it'd be like Deryck's a comic book character hero shiz person. Does that make sense? Except "Underclass Hero" wouldn't have the same colors and font that "Deryck Whibley" has in this one.

Also, if you could find a comic book font that'd be cool I guess. Like one of these:
