The multimedia section, is for the posting of downloads, videos music and such

Not youtube videos, any youtube videos, you intend people to watch discuss and laugh at should be posted in the what ever section, the only time it's ok to post a youtube video in the multimedia section, is if its a music video, that you intend someone to rip, or for people to download. Or for ripping requests.

Yeah, a lot of people just sign up to download all of our media. To stop that we made that 200 post requirement.
