The Johnstones confirmed it on Ryan and Jarek TV Live. It'll be sometime next year.

The sums would need to tour at the same time to get a hand on tom?

GOB are amazing! Foot in Mouth Disease and Muertos Vivos are some of my favorite's modern alternative/punk albums!
