Tim had suffered for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy since he was 3, and spent most of his life confined to a wheelchair.
Tim had enter hospital on Friday 11th July (My Birthday) and left on Thursday 24th July.
Tim had a serious chest infection and was told 2 weeks ago today that he was dying.
He seemed to have recovered so was discharged on the Thursday and seemed to be back to his normal self.
Yesterday (Friday), he was racing around the garden and enjoying the sun.
But at around 3:30 this morning he woke up saying he could breath and after an hour he passed on.
I would like to believe he is up in heaven with all his friends with the same condition that have sadly passed on over the years and I hope he met up with our Grandad.
Tim was a huge football (soccer) fan and was an avid follower of Newcastle United, and has asked for his ashes to be spread at St James Park, the home stadium of Newcastle.
Time wasn't a huge Sum 41 fan, but listened to their music on his iPod.
He much prefered Oasis and rap music and has requested that Wonderwall by Oasis and I'll Be Missing You by Puff Daddy (I Think) to be played at the funeral.
Could everyone on here please say a prayer for him.
