I just found this video a couple of nights ago. Just thought I'd put this up since it's *kind of* recent. The interview took place in May.
Is it just me, or does the band (Deryck especially) seem less enthusiastic in talking about Underclass Hero?
It's also weird how they play a song from Chuck rather than a song from Underclass Hero in the background.

Re: Sum 41 Interview - Jakarta
Yeah, it's definately one you have to concentrate to listen to because the sound quality is pretty bad and the background music doesn't help much.
All the interview questions are also the same, pretty much all the time. I can see why they'd be a little tired of answering them all.

Yeah, the press conference is shitty sound, you can't hear anything. You have to watch at least a minute into the video for the sound to get better.

There's also a the Underclass Hero Live Performance shown on this Indonesian TV Channel. Again, bad sound quality.

Yeah, Dave had a lot of influence on the band's sound. And I'm positive he's written his share of riffs with Deryck.c4rlsson wrote:Without Brownsound, its not much they can do imo.d4rkst4r wrote:yeah, I think sum 41 is picking up on that not many people are "too satisfied" with underclass hero
I don't think the band needs wicked solos like The Bitter End to be good again. My favorite Sum song is No Reason and it has no solo. It's just a straight out, rock out song. And I agree with Kyle when he said Sum 41 needs to start rocking out again.
