They are giving us a great opportunity to answer our questions during tour. Why would you want to ask something negative from them?
I'm sure Sum 41 doesnt see this as a negative... :2cool4u: :devious:
and why would we give a shit about that?
because  dont bully me

Okay, we really need some guidelines here. They have a busy schedule, a lot of shows and a lot of travelling and a lot of media appearances I suppose. So if they find time to ask our questions, why wouldn't we ask something WE ALL WANT TO KNOW?

So please, let's keep the "when are you coming to XXX" questions out. They don't have a fucking idea, and when they do, they will post it on their websites. There's absolutely no reason to ask the members about the touring schedule. THEY DON'T KNOW.

Also, it's THEIR choice to take some time to answer our questions. So we should APPRECIATE it. If you think questions like "why do you need to drink so much" or "are you sure Deryck won't injure his back again" are a fine way to show this appreciation, then by all means, please, get the fuck out of this thread.

Come on guys! It's THE Sum 41 we're talking about! Isn't there a lot of GREAT questions you've ALWAYS wanted to ask them?

EDIT: Why am I not a mod here? haha

Is every question posted here going to be asked/presented to Tom and Cone to answer or are the questions going to be filtered to where less generic questions will be the only ones asked?

I don't know how legit this question will be but I would like it to plant the idea in their minds:
  • Can you consider doing an acoustic/piano rendition of Screaming Bloody Murder and Blood In My Eyes?

This. I was going to just send them the thread, but too much conversation going on. So I'm just sending them 2/3 questions a day now.

This! I wanna know. It's what I've been hoping for and looking forward to most of them on a new tour (besides the possibilty of hearing new songs live!)

Also, can't think at the moment, but I'll try later. (I know you just want questions only so I'll just edit this with the ones I come up with..Unless you're just gonna stick with sending them everything and not having them read the thread.)

Will you make a live recording of the SBM tours at all, video or even just audio?
Have 2 of the band members ever doubled teamed a chick together?
What's the craziest thing you've done while drunk, not just on tour?
Boobs or ass?

Also I think it would be cooler to send them everything. I mean they might think some questions are funny or feel like answering something that you might not have picked otherwise. They only have to answer a few each day of their own choosing obviously though.

Some people want to know more about the actual music where as some people want to know about their personal lifes/quirks/funny stuff etc, and I think it's unfair to just ask one's that someone has deemed "real" questions or whatever.

I couldn't really care less about most of the actual music questions because they're unanswerable, interviewers all ask the same ones, or just get us answers we would've found out otherwise. Personal and stupid questions won't get answered in anywhere but these sorts of things.

Sorry that turned out a bit long...

edit: eg. shit like boni's question lol

If you read the fist post, it was originally just suppose to be one question per day. I sent them two and he answered both.

And to answer Tyler, I plan on sending them a variety of questions.

I deleted some posts that were already posted on FC.

I also deleted those made in response of it.

Again. Please try to keep this thread QUESTIONS ONLY. If you want to discuss what is being said here, do it in the Sum41 Discussion Thread.

Hello from Russia, BrownTom! I wanna ask something about your (Sum41) guitar equipment, which you, precisely Deryck, used in records of the last two albums. So, what guitar stack or maybe stack with some overdrive pedal were used to record some intro parts and sometimes middle guitar inserts and outro of many songs? it's especially heard in such songs as "Pull The Certain" (intro), "March of The Dogs" and in many others from UH. Also it prevails in the last album - in "Blood In My Eyes" (intro), "Happiness Machine", etc. As i know, you've also used this stuff on tours since you came to the band in 2007. So what is it?

1 - Why the clip of SBM has not been released?
2-Will Someday the Pop Punk from All Killer No Filler back, or this is out of the plans, cause the band is focused on a sound most hardcore / Metal Alternative?

Just post a question when you come up with one. I'm not sending them the thread

btw, pretty sure they're will be no updates for this tour unless the guys make short clips on their own.
