Met Tom while in NYC. We didn't talk much about his music business, but here's what I can remember.
-Right after hearing the cancellation of the tour dates, Tom called Cone if they would like to tour with OpMD with Todd. So basically it was Tom's idea for the OpMD to start touring. Although the tour plans are still under consideration.
-Possibly a few Gob shows in November/December.
-In 2003, Gob had a European tour booked, but got cancelled solely by management's decision, saying it wouldn't be profitable enough.
-No label deal for the new Gob album. No plans for it yet either. Just trying to finish the album first.
-The upcoming Sum 41 Euro tour, which was supposed to be in January/February is still held back because of Deryck's back. So the tour is not cancelled, since it was never officially announced, but they won't confirm any new dates before knowing the correct status for Deryck.
-Guitar tech Brian Diaz has left the band to join the Limp Bizkit crew. Not sure if you're interested in this though.
