Sorted out editing permissions using data from forum accounts.

People need to have 200 (this is changeable) posts but they have to have posted at least once (regardless of current post count) from now in order to be able to edit.

(no this is not live yet)

God dammit. I wrote half that wiki. We should just do the easy thing and revert it back to how the pages were before, then get to work improving it

The Sumapedia on Sum 41's website would probably be poorly managed and regulated anyway. If TNS has its own, than we can maintain it properly. Just abandon the original Sumapedia, I say.

If you revert it, it won't last long. Maybe a day.
