$14? That's the price for an actual DVD. I wouldn't pay no more than $5-10 for that. Shipping costs a lot too so by the end of the day it's not worth it unless you recorded it on your own..

It seems to be indeed really bad quality. He doesn't even answer me. Description says that "Superior picture quality" but pic he posted looks like this:
