Speak of the Devil Out of Key..?

Probably haven't been discussed before, but the first time i listened to Speak of the Devil, i noticed that there were some notes (guitar and piano) that were out of key. maybe there was a reason behind this, but it just sounds weird/bad to me. if you don't know what i'm talkign about, just listen at

wow i never noticed that before, although i've always wondered if the off-key piano stuff at 1:20ish was on purpose. i think it was, but perhaps not the guitar.

Yeah it's on purpose, it's just to mix it up, always made it sound like some weird time warp for me lol idk. Definitely not an accident, like the guitar wasn't literally out of tune.
