what the hell? amazon just sent me the underclass hero cd and they said that it'd be out on july 24th

it costed just 9 bucks, i wanted the cd with dvd on cduniverse.com for 16 bucks, but i only had 20 bucks on my gift card :( so i couldn't afford the shipping
