if you have itunes you can right click the song, then Get info> then options, then set the start time to 2:00 and it starts the song there...as if there was no blank space at all..even if you put it on a cd

Um, Ken, did you, like, see track 14 end and stop it or something? Because it's track 15. It should be on all versions of the album.
