no sum 41's been accused before, for a MUCH closer circumstance, the whole pieces/whatever coldplay song it was thing. this isnt even THAT big of a deal, i hope, i just think if they dont release it as a single they can play it safe. there is also a still waiting "copy" thing

Maybe they'll put something in the "Thanks" thing, then they can't get sued for it.

Main reason why Avril was sued because she didn't give any credit and still denies it.
