Yeah I hate it how all these mw2 fanboys have never heard of a decent classic fps like tf2- one of the greatest multiplayer games of all time. Portals even better :)

Oh and BO is Black Ops. MW was overrated, it was just really different and original. The game itself wouldn't do very well if it was released today.

Team Fortress is good but I wouldn't go as far as the best first person game ever. The whole idea of it is brilliant but I don't exactly like how it plays, it's better for Half-Life (which in my opinion is possibly the best game I've ever played). Modern Warfare 1 is definitely not overrated, it reinvented the FPS genre and is justly rated. Modern Warfare 2 is good but I feel like Infinity Ward had no heart in it knowing they would sell millions of copies no matter what. They were completely retarded for not having a beta for it and the result was all the annoying glitches that people completely over kill. Bad Company 2 has got the multiplayer down PERFECT, Rush is an amazing version of Modern Warfare's Demolition but the game feels a bit clunky and heavy at times.

Think about it. WaW was, in my opinion, a brilliant game. It was made by about a dozen people from treyarch. Black Ops is being constructed by the entire of treyarch- some 200 odd people.

They have brought back dedicated servers, mods and proper anti-cheat for PC players, as well as hosting a beta.
They have manipulated the engine allowing for unrivalled realism in terms of human movement and environment.
They have claimed to be doing lots of new things in the coop and multiplayer, while giving the single player more depth than ever before.

A dozen people? Seriously. If World at War was made by anywhere near a dozen people then it still wouldn't be released and probably wouldn't be released for at least another three years.

MW set a high bar in terms of story. It's the first game I played where one of the characters literally died and that was it. It had emotion in it, MW2 just took the same idea and replicated it poorly. WaW is probably just as factual as MW but don't hold me to that.

yes i've seen it all. the only thing that looked fun to me was the aerial combat. being in a chopper and whatnot.

Do you play it for PC? if not, you have seen NOTHING. I haven't been in a hackerless game in months, and 90% of players either tube, camp, or use an annoyingly overpowered weapon. I'm not exaggerating at all.
