i ruined someones life and i cant live with myself. i never liked a girl as much as i liked her and because i lied she feels like she is worthless and will never be able to date another guy for the rest of her life. i dont want her to like me again i just dont want her to suffer. how do i get past this?

I'd like to agree with the others but from a girls point of view, it is possible what she's saying but I highly doubt it. Well I think it would take a lot to make her say those things. I had a pretty bad experience with a guy about 5 years ago (basically everything I knew about him was a lie) and I haven't been able to be with someone since. It's hard with trust issues to let people in my life, though I have made it possible. I anyway had trust issues before that and other stuff that affected me so I kind of feel my situation is understandable.
If she's feeling that way because of little lies or something that does not affect the whole course of the relationship, then she's only saying it to make you feel bad (and it's working) and she wants you to do stuff to make her feel better or just to see you suffer. It would take a lot more than that (in my opinion) to be able to say those things.
I don't know what you could do, in my case the damage was undoable, I don't ever want to see that guy again. I guess you could apologize again and just ask her if there's anything you can do to make her feel better. Or just leave it, I'm sure she'll find someone else eventually. Let it cool off for a bit first and then try and talk to her and tell her how you really feel and see how she reacts.
