I'd say just find something that makes you happy, even if its a song, tv show, video game, anything. Its the little things in life that keep us going. Its hard to do sometimes, but you have to focus on the positive and be thankful for what you have.

I don't really have any advice of my own, but when I need to act a certain way, I usually just fake it and pretend. Eventually you just get used to acting that way and it becomes are part of you. But you can probably find better tips here:
