Basically you answer questions, for every right answer you get a certain number of grains of rice that get donated to the United Nations World Food Program.

http://www.freerice.com/index.php

Granted, in order to make this worth while, you'd have to donate a good amount of rice (1000+ grains) each time you play because 100 grains probably isn't enough to actually feed anyone. Some questions get repeated, so it's not that hard to score grains.

Someone at work showed me this and we just played this for a good hour or so. I just thought I'd pass it on.

How did you manage to donate 8 when one right answer gets you 10?
