Has anyone else but me noticed that Deryck is left handed on the Sake Bombs And Happy Endings cover, but right handed EVERYWHERE else?

Does anyone know why Sum 41 are in the thanks section of Simple Plans album??

I saw it int he shop today and read the thanks section and they are in there as "Sum-41".
