Yeah it is, its on the muchmusic site. Its not that he was really calling her a man. He was trying to explain him self because of what he said in the last question witch was about Avril. Cone was trying to say that Avril wasn't a women because she was in her teens.

I think the may reason why people think the songs sound the same is because of what Cone said in the making of the album. Other then that I don't think people would be talking about it as much as they do now.
