Re: The Official FA Barclays Premier League 2008/2009 Thread
ManCity lost against Chelsea 1:3. I hate the two clubs since they were purchased by rich people. tehn you hate almost every club in england maybe i'm wrong but even liverpool has a owner yea, most teams have rich owners, its just Chelsea and Man City have extremely rich owners. you can't just buy t...

I remember the first song I heard was "I Want To Be Sedated" and I was like "what?" and after that I started to listen to them. Gotta love the Ramones

He did that when I saw them in Bergen in June. I would be really dissapointed if he didn't. But, yeah, I love Priest but I haven't heard Halfords solo things yet.bobbyjames wrote:he actually rode out on his bike when i saw Priest at Download, it was fuckin class!

The Runaway Puppets: http://www.myspace.com/therunawaypuppets. They are really really good, and if you like queens of the stone age, give them a listen.. really one of the best "underground" bands I've heard.

Re: Bobbyjames Has Treated Himself To A MacBook!
I have a piano and guitar I downloaded from apple.com. I've never really used them. And I used to have a United kit that would tell me what date it was (with the numbers on the back). I'm sure they have a smililar Liverpool kit. I never use my dashboard, I just stick things there that I don't really...

I very much dislike MCR. I used to like them like 4-5 years ago, but not anymore. They're too emo.

Re: The Official FA Barclays Premier League 2008/2009 Thread
yea, exactly what i think, bringing in all these great foreign players is doing no good for out national side, because there's fuck all great English talent coming through cos their not getting a chance. and now Engald are ranked 15th in the world, which tbh, is shit for us. aaaaaaand, Chelsea have...

Re: The Official Champions League 2008/2009 Thread
Real Madrid have won it 5 times in a row before Bayern Munich have won it 3 times in a row, and Liverpool, Benfica, Inter Milan, Ac Milan and Nottingham Forest have all won it twice in a row. but the last time a team retained their title was in 1990, by AC Milan. and Nettn, i can see Ronaldo havin ...

It's so ridiculous! It has become more of a money-competition now days. They should concentrate on bringing forward some new young talents from their youth squad.

Yeah I agree. Tevez, Rooney, Berbatov, Ronaldo.. Alltough I believe Ronaldo is going to have a shitty season. He wants to play for Real Madrid and we all know that.

Re: The Official Champions League 2008/2009 Thread
I'm hoping for United as usual, but I don't know. Really nervous about this season, as I know United will have to loose sometime, and winning three Premier League titles and two Champion League titles in a row will be tough and a bit unlikely.

Re: The Official FA Barclays Premier League 2008/2009 Thread
Hull has suprised me alot, but I think their enthusiasm (the wow-we're-playing-premier-league-kick) will die pretty soon, and they will struggle to survive. Chelsea and Liverpool are doing good, so United needs to get everyone fit, and play like they did last season. 1-1 against the Geordies just a...

Re: Metallica - Death Magnetic
sp has anyone downloaded the album? I just did, and the first song I gave a listen was The Unforgiven III and I was dissapointed. Boring song. Cynaide is great! Great intro. The End Of the Line sounds great aswell.. This album is better than anything Metallica has done in a very long time. Beats the...

Re: Bobbyjames Has Treated Himself To A MacBook!
Use iSquint for converting movie files to .mp4 (for iPod). I've used it for a while and never had any problems. Just remember to check the "Optimize For iPod" and "H.264 Encoding" box. Then You can choose the video quality.. Easy to use, and I've never had any problems with video...
