Re: Have Sum 41 been in Kerrang! lately?

Yeah I read Kerrang back when Chuck came out.

Read it occasionally now but only when I have to travel. Would be really interested to read their review for Does This Look Infected?

Re: Have Sum 41 been in Kerrang! lately?

The last time they were in there was for their London show last month. Kerrang reviewed the show giving it a disappointing 2 K's out of 5. Don't think they've reviewed Screaming Bloody Murder yet, if it's not in the current issue, it'd be in the one out next Wednesday. Not expecting them to say nice...

Re: "Screaming Bloody Murder" Discussion!

I can confirm that those in the UK who pre-order Screaming Bloody Murder from iTunes DO NOT receive 'Reason To Believe (acoustic)' immediately. Just tested it out myself and so far nothing has been downloaded. Will let you know if that changes.

Re: The Sum 41 New Album Thread!

iquO4Tn39FE Did anyone notice at 35 seconds in the lassie doing the interview said "It's called Screaming Bloody..." before being cut off. I did ... :) I wonder if they did it on purpose :P Yep she definitely said at the end: "It's called Screaming Bloody Murder". She probably h...

Re: My Underclass Hero Cover

Good cover but I do have some tips. Part of the lead guitar in the chorus isn't right. The lead verse riff is actually different from the main one, listen closely to the original and you'll hear the difference. Also you may want to listen to the pre-chorus as the rhythm and lead guitars are off and ...

Re: NEW SONG!! FROM "BEST OF"

After a couple of listens, no it isn't their greatest but it definetly isn't their worst. It's a nice song and a very different side of Sum41. Better than some of the songs on UC, I'd be happy if they'd replaced 'best of me' with 'always'. Random question but, this is on the greatest hits right? Wha...

Re: Drinking in England

I wouldn't say it's a terrible country but I don't see why anyone from another country would want to come over here when there are hundreds of other places that are many times better and probably cheaper to visit. Then again everyone seems to want to move to our country and open various cuisine reas...

Re: Drinking in England

That cleared most of my questions, but why do you have to be 25 (at least at asda's) to buy alcohol? I honestly don't know how that could happen, I'm 20 and I can walk into Asda and buy all the alcahol I want (not that I do) so unless the store has some specific rules at a specific time of the day ...

Re: Drinking in England

Here's the deal homeskillit. The legal drinking age is 18 in the UK. By law, if you look under 21 the person behind the till or the barman/maid has to ask you for valid ID to prove you are of drinking age. This doesn't mean you have to be 21, it's just if the seller thinks you look under that age th...

Re: Somewhat of an issue of mine.

Life is a yo-yo of ups and downs. I don't know how old you are so this might be a difficult answer but just keep going. Life will knock you back over and over and at times it feels like you've taken a bigger beating than everyone else. For example, During my first year of University, my parents insi...

Re: Pull the Curtain (Title question)

I dunno about the title, but I reckon that Pull the curtain is about facing your mistakes, the things you're ashamed of. For example I imagine the lyrics of the song representing someone who is ashamed of themselves and showing their mistakes to a crowd. I got this from lyrics like 'the one and only...

Re: Deryck Plays On Stage With Avril in Toronto

Wow, I feel kind of empty inside, and not the good empty. If I'm truely honest, the idea of them on stage together for me is totally (I can't beleive I'm saying it)...Gay! Although I guess the only good think I can take from that is Deryck is somewhat bored of doing nothing and is using a guest spot...
