well they're not looking for a new guitarist, but still I don't think he is going to be in photo shoots are anything like that. That's what the Sum's said in the beginning when he joined.

This means if Dave ever want's to join, it might become an issue.

Tom seems like a really cool guy, but I do hope he stays out of the photoshoots and stuff

Who cares? The guy quit the band. He left Sum 41, and because of that, shouldn't be able to come back. His leaving let the band down, and probably is part of the reason it took them so long to make a new album between Chuck and Underclass Hero. I don't know the story myself, and I know he's a cool guy, but to me, it's just stupid of him to quit and then want to come back ever.

It sounds like Tom is now actually part of the band. I wonder where that puts Gob...

i think he just means that they're not looking for another touring guitarist because they already have Tom and are very satisfied with him.

but even if he does mean that Tom is now an actual member, i think thats cool, but i still hope he remains out of photo shoots, interviews, videos, etc.

Ehhh I rather just here Deryck on the album, and hear Tom in concerts. Don't ask me why. Maybe I'm just used to hearing pretty much all Deryck on every album.

If there hasn't been any Cone vocals in the past records, I don't think Tom vocals will be in the new record.
Btw, I think it's pretty cool that Tom is in the band now. He's a good guitar player and cool guy.

I kind of think tom is still just the tour guy. cause if he was actually "in" the band, we would have heard something about him recording this new CD with them, but remember deryck plays the stuff on CD. so they really don't need anything more then a tour guitar player, which they have in tom.

I hope he records with the band on this album and I personally think he should be in the photoshoots and stuff like that. Dave left a long time ago and I have to agree with Kyle on this one, he shouldn't come back. When I saw them at Glasgow I though Tom was great with his live performances and I did enjoy the dancing.

i don't like Tom's voice in concerts D: he's always too loud and stuff.
