Any of you chums use mixcraft?

So i have this file I need to save as mp3, but it wont save because mine fucked up. So i was wondering if I could send it to you, you save it as mp3, then send it back to me?
I really kind of need this..

maybe if you would tell us what the problem is? Do you have lame encoder? Encode it to a different format and i will encode it to mp3 for you. I don't think people want to have a huge project being sent to them...

Charley owns me, and my Mixcraft lol.
The problem is, when i'm done with whatever i did to a song, it won't let me save it into mp3 or any other format, it keeps asking me for the serial number, when i put it in, it sais "Thank you for registering Mixcraft!"
But nothing happens, or the program crashes.
I downloaded other versions, but i keep running into the same problem.
Luke, help please?
