Step 2: Add that application - which can be deleted immediately afterwards.
Step 3: Vote for GutRock Concert Series.
Step 4: Remove application, or whore it out to all your friends to vote GutRock. Either way it's all good.

The proposals who get first and second place receive a grant of $1000 or $250 for their cause.
GutRock is to raise fund for IBD research, so yeah...both are about funding haha

Somehow, we're the only proposal that's gotten validated so far in the compeition...so we're trying to get as much of a headstart as we possibly can! haha
The last compeition that just ended yesterday, the #1 spot had 800+ votes :S
