Verse 1
Staring at the phone, wondering if you'll call
I can't help but ask if you still care at all
Are we best enemies or worst friends?
I know how you're feeling so don't try to pretend
Always on my mind, it's made me so jaded
I care too much, all other memories have faded
If I could hold you right now, I wouldn't let go
And it's these five words I need to know

Pre-chorus
Tell me "what are you feeling now?"
You came into my life and turned it around
I don't know what to think after,
I've gone through a thoughtful disaster

Chorus
The loss of affection, replaced with neglection
I know we're still talking, but it feels like we're drifting
