Sum 41 turns 20 this year. Deryck got the idea to start the band after he had attended his first Warped Tour in 1996. So there is no better way to celebrate their anniversary than to bring it back to where it all began for their 7th year in the Warped lineup.

No, it means it'll be on a playlist where warped tour bands get to put a song on. Back in 2010 they announced Skumfuk would be on there, it was the first time we heard about that song.

I thought it would make sense they would choose a song that they're actually playing on the tour. Still hope.

More importantly, they might debut a brand new song tonight - as they said on the interviews - they should play a new song at Warped! Anyone excited and hoping for some quality recording? :)

I really doubt they'll debut anything tonight. Last time around they were very reluctant to play any new songs, even weeks/ months after their release they felt like the fans should get to know those songs first.

Well, you're right for the first weeks I guess.

They did an interview with Warped stating they will in fact 'play something new', but as you said: they want the fans to get used to it first when it gets released.

Smart move imo.

At what time the show will start?

According to Setlist.fm, they played Breaking The Chain.

I've been scoping out Instagram for any evidence of a new song being played. I imagine it'd be all over if that were the case. So far, I've only found a clip of them playing The Hell Song.

I'm hopeful for next week. I really do hope they release a song before I end up hearing it from a live bootleg. It would be torture having to avoid those.

Man this wait of not knowing any info about the show and the setlist it's killing me, I know that setlist.fm it's not a big trusted source, and all we have is wait but the waiting it's a torture. With all the fuss around Fake My Own Death, does anyone know if they've played Jessica Kill yet? After all, it was included in the Warped Tour compilation, and Deryck talked about the possibility to start playing it live back in February.

Tis awesome, really loving these updates. Deryck is so right, way better live now with 5 members. I've been watching lots of videos from the shows on YouTube and it's great. Loving how they're incorporating the 41 salute and old school metal stage moves again.
