Just a little something to pass the time during The Sums tour break....

FC will be hosting a LIVE CHAT with Tom Thacker Sunday August 28th at 1pm Eastern Standard Time



So here is the run down....

Step 1 - Registration
- To register send us an email at [email protected]
- Include your real name and registration screen name (the name you will sign into the chat with)
- An email invite will then be sent to you (we will announce when these have been sent)

Please use the Time Zone Converter to insure you get the correct time for your area

Step 2 - Log In
- Once registration is over, check THIS THREAD showing the log in process and rules.

Step 3 - Chat
- Please follow the rules posted in the log in thread (linked above). We will have topic questions to guide the conversation and we ask that you keep to the current topic. If there is time left, we will allow a free chat for you to ask about other topics.

I hope Tom has some Gob info for us this time around, cuz I really want to hear a new Gob album as well and we've been waiting for this one a lot, and the constant Sum 41 touring is probably what delays this.. but I think someone here in the forum talked with him like in January and Tom said that he's trying to finish vocals before the first 2011 tour with the Sums begins.. something like that. So maybe the album is done and just waiting for mixing or whatever.

Oh yeah, and just for the reminder.
Let's keep all the "Please come to <insert a country here>!!!" and "How do you like <insert a band's name here>'s new album???" and stuff like that away from this chat. There are so many participants in this chat, and I'm sure everyone has some questions to ask, so let's keep it within the Sum 41/Gob/solo stuff topics.
If you want to ask a question that only you want to know an answer to, please use other ways to hand out the question to him.

^^agree, I'm going to try to type up an interview to get important questions answered, so if you have one about Gob's album or something post it here

I just want to know if he is taking the free time to get more work done on the Gob record? Also ask him if we can still expect it in 2011 or if it is pushed back into 2012?
