I don't like it but I also don't hate it. It's an okay song but that's it, I listened to it twice and I probably won't listen to it anymore. I don't wanna force myself to like it just because it's a blink 182 song.

This song is fucking awesome. I've had it on repeat. It has over 30 plays :)
And I know I said I needed space,

but I know I can't be comfortable in my own skin.

So when I say I'm scared to be alone, you know I mean it,

I'm just not ready to leave my room.

Why? haha.
I liked Sum 41 once, and joined this forum. Then, my music tastes changed. I stayed here because I knew a lot of members. Why would I leave this place? It's the main way I keep up with the lives of some guys I've talked to for a solid 3 or 4 years. I basically love the guys/girls in the underclassman group / the moderator groups. I have been talking to these people, again, for 3 years. That's why I stay here.

You'd think someone would be happy with me approving of music. I mean, I come here half the time saying x artist/song is bad, and now I'm saying I really enjoyed this Blink song and you're questioning why I'm here? I'm sorry, but I just don't really understand man!

Here's my view of it. This song is basically what Angels & Airwaves probably should have sounded like. It's upbeat, pretty fast paced. Obviously, you're not going to get the sexy voice that Tom had in Box Car Racer because he just can't replicate that anymore. IF you look at the song in context.. the way it was written... it was written like a Blink song. It has progression from Untitled, and I think people overestimate the actual "AVA" sound in it. The electronic elements and the vocals that come out of Tom DeLonge's mouth really sound AVA-esque, but in reality, that's probably how Blink would have been by now... blink matured and started changing their sound on Untitled, and that was around the time that the deep lyrics and dark elements to songs really hit the mainstream. At this point, electronics are a big part of the music world, and it really does make sense for blink to use them.

Now, you're not going to hear Tom sound like his Box Car Racer days anymore. You just aren't. People need to understand that. This song has a chorus reminiscent of just about any other chorus with the "they keeeeeeeep me upppp allllllllllllllll night" line. I think it sounds like Blink-182 maturing. The breakdown may have been a bit pointless, but it I hear blink. I don't know. It is making me want to listen to their discography again and just get myself pumped for Neighborhoods.

SORRY FOR THE LENGTHY POST GUYS! I was once the biggest blink-182 fanboy, and this really didn't disappoint me at all. The drums at the end (the breakdown) reminded me of a song like Go or Stockholm Syndrome I forget. Just sayin'.
And I know I said I needed space,

but I know I can't be comfortable in my own skin.

So when I say I'm scared to be alone, you know I mean it,

I'm just not ready to leave my room.

To me, this song is too... too... normal? Something like that. I just listened once, and I don't want to listen anymore. Not that I hated.

I never liked them, except for a few songs, including some off the last album. Still, I was interested about how the new album would be, but I don't know...
Sorry for my bad english. :/

this song is nothing in comparison with Stockholm Syndrome for me ... I don't like the AvA shiz in it, cause I don't wanna listen to the same stuff in two bands ...
This is Mark Allen Hoppus. He likes long walks on the beach. This, this is travis barker. He likes to be read poetry just before sunset. And me, I like to stick small pieces of furniture up my butt.

I spy on my dad while he is taking a shower just like everyone else
Mark: Sometimes when I talk in 3rd person i end up calling tom mark
Tom:Yea than he starts touching me and i think thats masturbation
Some people think were idiots or perverts dont argue were both.
"i think we're gonna be one of those bands thats around forever and even makes records, even if noones buying them and using them for toilet paper...but we'll still make them because we'll be the best fuckin toilet paper anyones ever used...." - Tom Delonge

the 'blink-182' at the top is what bother's me the most. I'm not sure why but, I just don't like it.

Anyone else think that the guitars at the beginning and end sound like the bridge off 'Take a Look at Yourself'?

It took me a few plays to get used to it but I like it. It doesn't blow me away or anything. I'm sure there are better tracks on the album.
