Screaming Bloody Murder is now featured for free on the iPhone/iPod Touch game, Tap Tap Revenge 4.

Haha, I just downloaded it and played it five minutes ago! I don't get the game though, the taps don't go in sync with some of the music it seems. Then again, I have no idea what Tap Tap Revenge is supposed to be, so maybe it's meant to be like that!

On Medium, it seemed totally out of sync. I tried Extreme, and it was extremely difficult but seemed in time.

Yeah medium is about 5-7 seconds out of sync.

tap tap revenge is like a shitty version of Rock Band.. wait.. no, a shitty version of the original Guitar Hero.

I have played all 4 and never figured out if I was tapping to the drum beat, the guitar, the overall tone of the song, or what. Plus, you can just not hit a single note, and nothing bad happens.
