photoshop is pro, something a bit easier, but not nearly as good is macromedia fireworks.

neither of these are free, but anyone can get any program for free.

to make GIF Images, i used total video converter. just take a small clip of a video and convert it to GIF format and it will come out good. BUT total video converter only gives you a 20 day free trial then you have to pay for it. and it leaves an annoying stamp on the things... but i use it cuz i don't have and don't know how to use photoshop.

well i used photoshop for signatures image ready and windows movie maker

also, a quick question... whenever i upload a GIF to photobucket or wherever, it speeds it up a bunch, any way to prevent this?

that's normal
sometimes go to fast or too slow

try making the gif go slowler and uploaded again and it will be normal

also if is too short that happen
