Oh, i know! They're all makin' me fuckin' insta-wet. But yeah, i ALWAYS judge each tour by watching Fat Lip, it pretty much tells me how that tour is gonna go. So far, this one looks like the best since 2004.

Love the beginning to it, lol.

Just had a chat with Cone, and he said they'll be back in Europe in June, just booking the shows as we speak.

So I hope I still get to see them soon!
that sucks dude! I wonder if they'll come to the UK in June?

They sound way better than on the UH-tour.

At least they do in the videos.

The UH-tour all sounded a little lame to me, to be honest.

Ladies and gentlemen, I'm leaving right now to take the train to the Groezrock-festival, hoping for a kickass Sum 41-show!

I'll try to remember the setlist, their sound, their blabla and..wait.. you all know the Sum 41-salute!

Allright I just came back from the show.

Setlist (not in exact order)
-Hell Song
-We're All To Blame
-In Too Deep
-Makes No Difference
-Motivation
-Over My Head
-King of Contradiction (with Todd from H2O and The Operation MD)
-My Direction
-Paint It Black-cover
-Motivation
-Still Waiting
-Fat Lip

I guess that was it, so no P4P

Atmosphere, sound,...
-Great atmosphere, I never thought so many people wanted to see them. I was kinda in front, until some dickheads started to mosh etc.
-Deryck was a lil drunk, but it dind't affect his singing
-Stevo is the best drummer in rock 'n roll... (okay, after Travis Barker)
-They did a lot of talking and interaction with the audience, maybe too much

Other information
-Bought a T-shirt I didn't even know it existed. Seems like new merchandising has arrived. It's a shirt that has 'The Sums' on it. (I'll post a pic asap)
-There was another new shirt hanging there as well. It had a skull on it with 'Sum 41' above. Left, right and beneath the skull were the words 'Harder', 'Stronger' and 'Faster'. Probably indicates the direction of the new record.
-Had a quick chat with the salesman and asked him if he knew anything about a release date. He answered that they were planning on going on a world tour in November, so his guess was that the album would came out late late summer/fall.

Ah, looks like he's getting a bit drunk before the shows again. I wouldn't doubt it.

How was the stage banter? Was it natural or was it, "D0n't g0 dying 0n me n0w. I n33d y0u n0w m0re than evar!" I'm just curious because Deryck's more spontaneous and fun to watch when he's drunk than when he's sober.

Well, like I said there was a lot of talking. Same old shit actually. "Say FUCK YOU DERYCK! Say SHUT THE FUCK UP DERYCK! But here's the question ARE YOU GONNA SING WITH ME OR WHAT?!"

Makes No Difference took them 8 minutes to play, We're All To Blame about 7 and so 1/4 of the show was done with only 2 songs played, you see?

That's what the comments were from other people: not bad at all, but it took them too long to finish up some songs. Which I completely understand actually. I was there to see them, and I knew there would be a lot of this shit, so I was okay with it.

At some points though, I could hear that they weren't not that used to playing live again. Well not being used to, but they weren't 100% yet, you see what I mean?

It wasn't that bad for us, Sum 41 fans.

But imagine you go watching some band at a festival, some you never heard of, I don't think you will be pleased with a lot of this talking. You probably won't to hear some more music.

At least that's what I should think. But as I said, since I'm a Sum 41-fan, I don't give a fuck.

Oh yeah, sounds like their usual show. I can't wait to see them when they tour the new album. I missed out in 2007 when Deryck herniated his back.

That's an awesome shirt!

I really wish they wouldn't spend so much time talking and messing around, there's interacting with the crowd and then there's faking it (saying the same stuff EVERY night and EVERY tour) I'd rather hear two songs than an 8 minute song where 4 minutes are spent talking or at least if they were talking it was original and at least not the same stuff I heard on their live CD/DVD's.
