I don't have much experance with United States' PayPal account but I believe that can't to that unless t he card provider has provided a service from PayPal transfer.

You could transfer it to a bank account first though and do it that way.

I don't have much experance with United States' PayPal account but I believe that can't to that unless t he card provider has provided a service from PayPal transfer.

Just check out the seller's feedback. Most people are trustworthy but there are a few assholes.
