Is there anyway to put music onto your iPod using Windows Media Player cause to be fair I actually hate itunes and just want to get rid of it
If there is a way can you please tell me, =]

theres 2 ways
1. go to your ipod menu and click "manually manage music"
this way, you can put only the songs you want. all you do is select the songs in your library and drag them to your ipod icon.
2. un-click the same box. a notice will apear asking if you want to sync all items - click yes. this copies everything from your itunes library onto your ipod automatically. but if you plug your ipod into a different computer with itunes, the songs from that computer will replace the ones you have

Real Player, thats the best way to put songs on your ipod. You don't need itunes at all. I put songs 600 somethng songs on my friends ipod nano with real player.
Go download real player, then open it then go to view then burn/transfer.
then where it says currnet burner/device click on ipod. Then click on all music and click and drag into real player.

oh well thats a different story, yeah thats waht sucks about ipods its so closed in, BUT, if you like torrents...and have an ipod then this torrent might just be for you

just get a diff ipod manager
i use floola
its good cuz it can connect with any ipod and u dont lose any songs
only trouble is you cant put phtos on it so yeh
