i cant seem too open any folders on my computer

I cant open any of my folders.
Okay so ive had my computer for about 3 months and its been running smoothly since i got it but recently i have been getting these error messages when i try too open and sort of folder. "Windows Explorer has stopped working" Then i have two options. 1. Check for solution online and then restart or 2. restart the program. I have tried both but neither of them work. There is a tab that says mor information. Here is what it says.

I have a few things for you to free:

1. Scan for Viruses with your Anti-Virus program (Also do a memory scan)

2. Try opening the folder that made it crash.

3. Now if that doesn't work, download Spybot: Search & Destory and run a scan. (Make a registry backup just in case, The program will ask if you want btw)

4. If it find anything, Delete all by pressing something like Fix all.

5. Now if none of this works, I want to do this so I can study what the problem is.
5a. Press "Windows Key" + R and then type "msconfig" and open the "Startup" tab and give me a screenshot of it.
