One thing that is common amongst most pop singers (especially teenage pop singers) is that they hardly ever write their own music (by themselves I might add... A lot of the times they'll brag about finally being able to co-write something... lulz).

I remember watching the show, "Making the Band" and the band (O-Town) was going in to record a song or something and they met with the writers of the song. It confused the hell out of me because up until that point I always thought that anyone that sang songs wrote the songs they sung. Music and all.

Anyway, I see that in France: a lot of so called "artists" just sing, the melody is made by someone else, as well as the lyrics, and believe me, sometimes the lyrics are as stupid as the ones in that song.

in my opinion, it's not as bad as Miley or others. There are still real instruments. It is kinda pop rock. (she's got also a cover song in English - second vid) edit.
mmm this one is maybe better though I don't know, you may find it funny because of our weird language :D

I was thinking the exact same thing.. when she first said 'friday, friday' I thought the chorus was going to sound exactly like the JB song but with different lines..

I can't believe her parents let her do this. if that was my child, there's no way I'll let her record that shit, put it up on the Internet and basically set her up to be hated by the whole world. this girl has to live with this song for the rest of her life!
