It's not like the band doesn't want to release it, it's the label. So I don't consider it as 'bugging the band'.

im in, too, they let them promise us this song then they just didnt do anything :/ we want the new shit and we want it now! :)

It IS safe to say that the 12 minute song won't be released at all like it was supposed to be initially; until the album comes out.

I think we have to gather the whole forum together and go to Island Records to tell them exactly how we feel.

I dont think this forum would be enough ...and I don''t think they would bother making our dreams come true ...what can we say we will do if they wont release it ?? only thing they care about is money ...

all i know is i want new music before i turn 21 and that's in february. They have 5 months before I have another crappy birthday. They're my only chance to make my birthday awesome.

My summer was supposed to be better if that 12 minute song came out. It never did and I'm pissed. I love when the label tells Sum 41 "a week or so" in the beginning of July. Life is great.

I feel very neutral about the whole thing actually. I'm happy that we got Skumfuk and that leak alone has held me over wanting to listen to new Sum 41 material. Even when the band was saying the 12-minute song would be released "in a week" I was quite cavalier about it. I was just excited that a 12-minute song even existed!

If it's up to the label, it's unlikely we'll get to hear the song before the album's release. That's a big chunk of the album to just give away for free. Though, I haven't given up any hope. I believe the song will come out before the end of October, before Sum 41 begins the Eastpak Antidote tour.
