My biology teacher gave me and a couple of others a test to do at home because we haven't done it in school yet, she said 'do it under test conditions', I however, heard 'I like you lot the most, so go home and use your book to help you and take as long as you like'
Although this happened last year too, and I got 52%

Cos I'm a lovely bugger, I'm getting my girlfriend something for our one month thingy tomorrow (she deserves it for putting up with me for that long
) Any ideas? Crude ones will be chuckled at then promptly discarded (unless particularly tempting)

Old English bares resemblance to Anglo-Saxon, Celtic and Germanic languages, and is almost completely unintelligible to those who haven't studied it. Old English also uses a handful of letters not found in the modern English alphabet, and carries with it a three-gender system, similar to eastern-Eurpoean languages. After 1066, Middle English came about which had a much more significant Norman influence, and which is much easier to understand for speakers of Modern English, although almost all words are spelled and pronounced differently.
Old English (From Beowulf):

I never really hated mondays more than other weekdays, especially not now cause I don't have school on mondays and fridays.
