derycks guitar color

hey i was wondering if any has noticed on deryck tele deluxe his color is faded than the other telecaster deluxes wen u buy them new. obvisley the color fade is from usesing it but does anyone know ho i can get my guitar to that old faded look on my deryck whibley signiture telecaster?

google it theres a lot of ways. best way is to just let it happen naturally. otherwise youre pretty much beating the shit out of your guitar.

use a very fine sandpaper. im pretty sure deryck does that to his anyway. his our too new to have that kind of aging...but the dings and scratches probably just happened naturally

Yeah, Deryck must age his himself. I really doubt it'd be that worn out at the very butt of his guitar anyways.

I'd do it to mine too... but I pretty much just got it, so no thanks.
