Well I think everything is back to normal, "slow" and "dry news"

every day is an excitement in Sum 41 land cuz you wake up everyday excited that there may be something released on the webiste/twitter accounts/TNS about the new album or this "so called 12 minute song" so you get up excited and the tension grips you when you bash that enter key once you type the adress in and that milisecond it takes for the page to load seems like a life time just to find out that

today I listened to a few updates...yes I just LISTENED!
and I noticed something:
in the second and last drums update at 1:23 there's a short song clip, less than a second. at the very end, gil norton is already talking, i heard a guitar kicks in. and for me this guitar sounds exactly like the guitar riff at the beginning of the first bass update.

It sounds like the riff that Deryck plays but I don't think it is the same cause Deryck played it without having the guitar plugged in.. well at least the first bit of the riff.. after a few seconds you hear it distorted
