The Official Adopt A Noob Program

Adopt A Noob Program
Mission Statement: To help new people (referred to as noobs) find their place in There's No Solution's Forum. If a noob should have a question, it can have a "owner" to ask the question. It's to help the noob get around, with out feeling like a complete r-tard.

Rules and Requirements (Revised):
1: All adoption request must be posted in this topic, and no where else. All adoption must be approved by myself. And both the noob and the owner must say they are both willing for the adoption to be made.
2: Noob must have less post than it's owner. In the event of the noob surpassing the parent (by 50 post), the parent can let the noob go, or become the noob themselve.
3: Both owners and noob must have a signature (also known as a Sig) clarifying the adoption of a noob.
4:No more than 2 noobs (no exceptions)
