2. About AKNF Thailand version, how did you know there's a bonus CD inside? The album covers don't say anything?

I still see Go Chuck Yourself on the shelves some times when I go to HMV, but it's not a DVD, just an audio CD. The only other live DVD that I know of is Sake Bombs, but I haven't seen that one around for a while.

Go Chuck Yourself is a CD only.
Happy Live Surprise is sold as a CD only and as CD/DVD combo.
