Who Hates Fall Out Boy and Panic At The Disco

I don't like the way Simple Plan used blink-182 popularity to become famous. The same with Good Charlotte.

I do like Fall Out Boy, but I don't know too much about Panic!'s music.

I don't like the direction My Chemical Romance has taken.

Hate Fall Out Boy live, they make my ears bleeed, but on CD they're better.

Panic! is alright
and I only like 2 songs off of their(MCR) new CD...wait 3.

my cousin gave me a simple plan cd once and thought i would like them because they "sound like blink and sum 41"

it made my ears bleed. the only half decent song was "id do anything", but only because mark hoppus was in it. :)

also, its annoying the way many people/websites etc still group the sums and these bands as the same genre

Sum = Punk/Alternative/Semi-Metal
Simple Plan = Pop (gay

P!ATD = Emo/Shit
FOB = Emo/Advanced Shit
MCR = Emo

and MCR is horrible. their live show is even worse. I couldnt even fucking hear what the douche bag was saying when they played (before green day...and thats who i was there for)

Well...
I like FOB. I think they have some catchy songs. I think if you were to listen to there albums you would start to like them after a while. They arent my favorite band but I dont mind hearing them. Fame kinda ruined them... but check out there first album atleast.

Simple Plan is okay. I dont dislike them. I enjoy hearing them every once in a while. Whenever I start to I change the track to Good Charlotte so I never listen to the full Simple Plan album I have.

Panic! At The Disco was originally on my playlist... but I got really sick of them and I doubt I will ever listen to them again. I dont like them.

I like My Chemical Romance & I dont see what is so bad about them live. I have seen them twice & both times they sounded very good, better then they sounded on the album. I could hear them very well. I have stopped listening to them as much but I'm sure I will start again after I see them when they come to Michigan for Projekt Revolution.

yea i saw them supprting Muse at Wembley stadium, I fuckin hated them, sounded horrible, he sounds terrible live, you really can't undertsand what he's sayin sometimes.

i dont mind fall out boy...

mcr ive never really listened to however i saw them play at BDO this year and i must say i was pleasantly surprised they werent half bad...

panic at the disco and simple plan would have to be two of the bands i despise most... i find their songs really annoying and irritating

no. for all i know, you could be better then them. it's possible. however, they have to have SOME amount of talent to have such a large fan base. i'm sure they all know how to play their instruments.

Yeah, but a lot of the fanbase for these bands are preteens and little girls that don't give a damn about how good the band is at playing their instruments. If it's catchy, they like it, if the band members are heart-throbs, they love them. Bands like Fall Out Boy and Panic! whore the covers of those magazines for girls ages 11-14. My cousin has some of the magazines and I've looked at the captions on the front page and it's all "Pete has a secret G/F!" or "See what FOB has in their personal diaries!" And it pisses me off that that is what kind of publicity the band gets. It has nothing to do with music.

Another thing I find annoying is how the one guitar player looks almost exactly like the guy from Linkin Park, with the beard and the afro-esque hair. Probably not a legit excuse to hate on them... But it annoys the hell out of me. Same with the singer, who can't seem to pronounce his way out of a wet paper bag.

Another thing is that their songs all seem to stay on one central topic. A lot of the songs by FOB and Panic! are about girls and both bands use ridiculously long song titles. Simple Plan too, is a culprit of singing the same topics over and over again. Yes, I get it, you don't want to get pushed around, everyone makes mistakes so let's grow up, fend for ourselves and put some variety into our lyrics.

I can only rant about these guys so far because I don't listen to them. Though I've heard a lot of Simple Plan and FOB in my day. I just can't seem to respect these guys as much as I can Sum 41.
