Post by Shiv »

ok. i bet boniboyblue's gonna come to the rescue, but i have firefox
i just switched from safari, which pwned except for the fact that it hogged all my cpu :hehe:

i switched to mozilla, and put all these googled tweaks, and it works amazingly fast now
but it randomly....shut down my internet!?!?!
like, i couldnt access anything from the internet. my cable modem was fine, but.....idk!?!?!

a restart fixes it, but why does it randomly close!?!?!?

Like what happens?...does it close and give you a message saying something like Firefox has encountered an error...blabla(not a windows message, firefox message)....if so then it's one of the tweaks or plugins you installed fucking with firefox, try removing them. If not try reinstalling FF (uninstall everything first).

Right man, here what I want you do to.
I only have a rough idea of what your saying I want to to post a screen shot, I'll leave instruction in case you don't know how to.

1. Make sure Firefox is the active windows with the screen your talking about.
2. Then press "ALT" + "Print Screen" [Should be next to Scroll Lock and the Pause button] this will print the pic of the active window.
3. Open MS Paint as this will be the easiest
4. Press "CTLR" + "V" to paste, [or just right-click and click paste]
5. Save the picture, I suggest a "PNG".
6. Upload to photobucket and imageshack or what you use and link it here.

I'll try my best to find out what's wrong.
