His name is Rod Blagojevich. He is the Governor of Illinois, where I live, and he is a complete dumbass. He deserves everything he gets.

Obama was a governor and since he was voted into Office as President, that left his seat as a governor vacant. Rod Blagojevich tried to sell away Obama's previous position for money.

Blagojevich wanted a bunch of stuff like a huge salary, benefits for his wife, etc.
and no one really knows who he was trying to sell it to, they were just labeled as "candidate 1 , candidate 2, etc
