Some help

Post by Boni »

Normally I wouldn't need help picking out a new computer but I have very little experience with Windows Vista,

I have my eye on this Desktop, I think it's pretty good but is 1Gb RAM enough for Vista

Any opinions
P.S For all those that are about to say buy a Mac, I have used one for about 6 months and I did not like it at all so I will never buy a Mac again.

I don't care about the make I only care about the specification of the computer, mainly the RAM if it is good enough for Windows Vista

It depends what your doing. If your gaming you want 2 gb for Vista.

Um, my laptop is only 1Gb and it runs Vista Home Premium pretty well.

It has no trouble running lots of ap's at once I.E. Photoshop, Firefox, Msn, Utorrent, Itunes..

But if your looking to play games, you will probably want more RAM.

it depends on what it's being used for. 1GB is pretty low end for running vista; it will run; but if you have alot of stuff on your hard drive it would run slower..

i suggest either buying one with more memory; or buying that one and getting a memory upgrade
