so media center in vista is maddd gay cuz for some channels u can record but not burn or convert to avi

is there a tv tuner software that can also record the tv?

hmm those tricky windows bastards.

you could always just find a screen recording program, but those don't always work so well.

do you have an ATI tv tuner in your computer?

if so, theres netTV

i'm not sure which ones these work with but you can try Dscaler, SageTV, or BeyondTV

some of them might cost money, but i'm sure you can find them for free in some places.

I use a program called Honestech tvr, and it works pretty well.
