What an awesome awesome band, somewhat like Brand New except with a harder sound.
The Artist In The Ambulance has become one of m all time favorite albums, and I'm really getting into The Alchemy Index.
Anyone else like them?

Re: Thrice
Thrice is amazing. But I only have one of their albums (Illusion of Safety, I believe... Check that one out too).
I have yet to listen to anything from The Alchemy Index. But their album before those was Vheissu and was apparently going in a different direction than their past albums, right? I've only listened to a few songs from it. I loved the edginess of their songs. But the ones in Vheissu were a lot more experimental and that was probably why I didn't pick it up.
Anyways I really like the songs To Awake and Avenge the Dead and Stare At the Sun.

I actually haven't listened to that album either, I'll be sure to check those two albums out. thanks.
Deff check out The Alchemy Index, its a bit weird but all around amazing in sound. It reminds me of what ava trys to do, make you picture like futuristic wars, but they do it in a way that you actually think its real. haha, thats how it is for me anyway.

I think Vheissu is my favorite album, followed by The Artist In the Ambulance. Both of the albums amaze me.
Charley, have you checked out Thursday by any chance? They seem like something you'd like, if you got used to them.

It's the easiest to like.. most mainstream, if you'd call it that.

Re: Thrice
I'll probably end up picking up Vheissu and one of the Alchemy Indexes one day. My music tastes have changed too, so who knows, I probably didn't appreciate the songs enough that I listened to from the Vheissu album back then.
Re: Thrice
Never heard of them, but I have heard Brand New. So I have to try it :). Thanks for the tip :D.

K, I downloaded Vheissu. it seems more mainstream-ish in my opinion, but i love it all around. Of Dust And Nations is great.
