I just bought my ticket for the Polish show. I'm so stoked, it's going to be my first Sum 41 show. I have been waiting for like 5 years. I missed the previous one in Poland (around 2010 because of school, distance etc.) and this is not going to happen again.

Oh fuck me :suicide:

How quickly did it sell out?

On the bright side, it seems the Sums are popular for bigger venue

I even didn't get my tickets, so I'm going to the Dutch show two days later.

Madness.
That's sick! I planned on purchasing my tickets on the weekend. Shouldn't be that risky since the Sums were no big deal in the past here in Germany (sadly).

But glad to hear that the resonance is so high! I hope all fans have a chance to see them for this leg :glad:
have a try and test your knowledge:

It’s like sounding really nice, having a good feel, that’s all about the guitar.
That’s what I care about. I’d rather be a better strummer than fuckin' jizz all over the fuckin' fretboard...

Hope so! But looking at their schedule and considering the last time they were here, I wouldn't keep my hopes up.
They are playing Stockholm on the 15th, which means they'd take a ferry on the 16th and get here on the 17th, the show day, same as last time around. For some reason, Finnish media doesn't give a shit about the band, but when they visit here, every news outlet wants have an interview with them. So in addition to the interviews and the soundcheck, there probably won't be too much spare time for them on the show day. And normally they leave to the next place right after the show, so the next day wouldn't work out either. Hopefully I'm wrong though!

It sucks that we never get VIP packages, I've been going to Sum 41 shows for nearly 15 years and never met them.

Same here, seems like the ticket sale was a mess. Site barely worked. :confusion:
Make sure you subscribe on the waiting list in case tickets become available again.

I'm happy for the band that it sold out this fast though. :silly: I saw them in the same venue in 2010 (Eastpak Antidote tour) and the showup was so poor that the balcony wasn't even open... Seems like their popularity has risen again in Belgium, headlining Groezrock earlier this year and now selling out in less than an hour.
Hope I'll be able to get a ticket for the show, or more unlikely for an extra date to be added.

Dammit, the Prague show is already sold out :( I hope to find someone to sell me tickets. It sucks when you finally decide you're going and it's too late :D

EDIT: Whoops, wrong thread, I wanted to post in the Sum-Back European Tour :D Sorry.

For me it is not ridiculous because i havent job at now and i have to travel almost 1000 kms to see them in Madrid/Spain, i will see the show without the vip experience and i know i will regret all my life.
if you can pay 75€ you will have a experience for all your life. It is a good price but for me it isnt ridiculous

I guess you got it wrong. Ardi means that the price is ridiculously high.

The high prices are just the way to keep it somewhat exclusive for a smaller size of fans. But yeah, I can understand the frustration.

I was already at the checkout when I realized you can't re-sell it if you can't make it. I don't want to throw away that amount of money in case I get sick or can't leave work early etc. So I'll wait for later, if there's any left by then.

Also, if it sounds like 75 euros is nothing for me, that's not the case. I'm just terrible at planning my finances when it comes to Sum 41.
